About Chef Angie: Angela is a graduate of the Cordon Blu Culinary School. She has worked at restaurants that include:
Maggiano’s little Italy, Café Ponte , Oak and Olla, Um Parte de Amore, Epcot, and The Florida Aquarium(banquets and special events} . She is French trained so there is a little bit of French in everything she cooks.

She loves to see people try new things and enjoy the food she cooks!
Angela grew up in Florida and spent most of her work time there. She settled in Independence Virginia in search of a more relaxed, less congested environment. And here, her dream of owning her own place has become a reality.
She hopes you will relax, visit and enjoy your time. Share a meal with family and friends or come in and make new friends and family.
